Food was delicious and service was excellent. Come here 2-3 times a week and have consistent quality and service. Heather is awesome and is on top of things. Her weekly cocktail offerings are anticipated, unique and tasty. Heather is a reason to be a regular.

I wasn't quite sure about this place as it was empty with only one other patron. I had read reviews about the food so I took my chances with the beef medallions. I enjoyed my meal and the bartender was so friendly. It was like have dinner at a friends house. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I hear on Wednesday they do salsa lessons, I wanted to go, but I was working.

The food is diverse and delicious, with beautiful presentation. This is truly a classy and unique restaurant. The atmosphere is romantic, with a bold, sexy vibe that I can't get enough of. This is a San Antonio Gem. I wouldn't want it to change in any way.

This place is phenomenal! We were looking for Mediterranean food that had options and this place sure delivered. We were seated promptly and were explained the menu and their top sellers. They have a variety of dishes from different regions in Europe. You can find Italian, German, Greek, and more. I ordered one of their more popular dishes, the Gorgonzola Mushroom chicken and it was delicious! The sauce is amazing with the veggies and potatoes. The Bulgarian dish was almost like a kebab/sausage with the traditional pepper sauce. It was also tasty! The pretzel we ordered was flavorful, but a bit dense for my liking. The place is like a lounge, restaurant and has Latin nights some days of the week. They offer great drinks, food and entertainment, along with great service. Will definitely come back to try some other options they have on the menu. Great spot for good food, service and entertainment.

Don't miss out on Europa. With an eclectic menu, friendly staff, and a chill environment, we really enjoyed our time here. It was our second visit. The first time I ordered the fish and chips and the second time was the seafood pasta. Both were excellent but the pasta was extraordinary. My spouse also got a pasta which was also very good. Both pasta dishes were $22-$24 which I felt was worth it given the portion sizes. They also give you some epic bread rolls before your meal. We also got two alcoholic specialty beverages which were $11 each. The kitchen is open until midnight and the bar is open until 2 am. I was worried how little people were there for 7 pm on Friday night. I would had for this restaurant to close. Overall, excellent restaurant and a must try!

I was looking for somewhere new to try having gotten into a bit of a repetitive food slump of late and wanted to try somewhere I haven't yet. After perusing Yelp for a while, I stumbled upon Europa and after one look at the menu, knew it's where I wanted to try so I gathered up a group of friends and declared a group dinner night ASAP. It was a first time visit for all 5 of us at the table and we'll all be return visitors. I started by ordering the charcuterie board for the table (which is HUGE and could be a meal itself) and it was a huge a hit with its diverse variety of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments. For my entree I went with the Dijon Chicken, and while I wish the sauce had been a bit tangier, I loved the combination of the sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese. And last, but certainly not least, don't sleep on that creme brûlée cheesecake y'all...from the presentation to the taste, it was the final crowd showstopper of the evening and a fan favorite of the whole table. With such great food and service, I was shocked that with the exception of 4 other diners who filtered in after my table's arrival, the restaurant was basically empty. This place is a gem and refreshing breath of fresh air from SA's usual TexMex and BBQ joints so I hope they call San Antonio home for many years to come.

We stopped at Europa Restaurant for dinner. I always make reservations and am glad I did. We walked in and they had a 40-top group that was eating and they had set up a 30-top for a group that was coming in later. Heather said she suggests reservations on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday because they get a lot of large parties. Heather and one other waitress were covering the bar and the front. That's a lot for two people to cover, especially when the group of 40 appeared to want separate checks. Tonight, I decide to try the Shopska salad because it's so hot outside. Listed as tomato, baby cucumber, feta cheese, red onion, parsley, lightly tossed in red wine vinegar and olive oil. Very refreshing, though they used large cucumbers this time. My wife enjoyed the Greek Zucchini with Tzatziki sauce. For entrees we had the German Schnitzel and the Beef Medallions. The breading on the Schnitzel is light and crispy. The addition of mushroom sauce is a must. The beef is an 8 ounce grilled beef tenderloin, cooked to medium rare with Gorgonzola mushroom sauce. Both entrees were served with a side of seasonal vegetables and potatoes. The beef was tender and delicious. That sauce is fantastic. No room for dessert and we took the red-skinned potatoes home because there was so much other food. The only downside this visit was the noise. The restaurant needs some acoustical insulation. I was so distracted by the noise I forgot to use the Gold Member perk.

19 Jun 2023 It looks fancy from the outside. You get inside and there are white tablecloths on the tables. However, the staff and patrons are casually dressed. Whew! There are at least four TVs on the walls. The bar area is pretty. People seated there were eating and drinking. We sat at a table. Hot bread was served to us. Two rolls with butter. They were pretty tasty. Skipped appetizers and ordered Norwegian cod and Bulgarian Kepache (sic). Both were pretty good. The menu is quite varied: pastas, fish (mostly cod-type dishes), Bulgarian, Macedonian, etc. Several desserts are offered: tiramisu, chocolate cake, cheesecake and others. Didn't try dessert this time. Heather our server, is very pleasant. Gave us a little time to decide since it was our first time to visit. The lady's room is very nicely decorated. Go there.
